Shipping methods



1.Delivery time = processing time + shipping time



Once you place your order successfully, we will deliver the goods to you within 5-7 days. After the goods are sent out, we will send you an email with your shipping order number. You can track your order at https://www.17track.net/en (Please note that order tracking status may take up to 2 business days to update, so please don’t worry). It is strongly recommended that avoid using P.O. box addresses to receive your packages



2.Delivery time



For standard delivery, it usually takes about 12-15 days.



For express delivery, it usually takes about 7-15 days.



The transportation time depends on multiple factors, such as the country of destination, customs, weather, etc., which is really difficult to control. We will try our best to deliver the items within the required time, and apologize for any inconvenience it may caused.



3.Shipping information



Please note that the shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model).If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify it at checkout.



You can change the address before we ship your order. However, once we ship, we will not be able to change the shipping method or address.



4.Delayed / missed delivery



If your delivery is delayed or not delivered, please contact us by email with your order ID and tracking number. Please note that it will always take months for the post office to investigate the issue of lost mail. Please note that if no one can accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local mail sorting office. When you check out your shopping cart, please carefully check the shipping information.Merychris is not responsible for delayed or lost delivery (including customs delay, insufficient delivery address, etc.).
